You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The period for withdrawal from a contract shall expire 14 days after the date on which you acquire possession of the Product or on which a third party other than the hauler and indicated by you acquires possession of the Product.
To exercise your right of withdrawal from a contract, you must inform us – Checker Smart Solutions Sp. z o.o., ul. Przewóz 34/220, Kraków, email: contact@checker.ai, about your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unambiguous statement (for example, a letter sent by post or e-mail). You may use the specimen form for withdrawal from a contract, but this is not obligatory.
In order to preserve the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send information concerning the exercise of your right of withdrawal from a contract before the withdrawal period has expired.
The consequences of withdrawal from a contract
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery of the Product (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the method of delivery chosen by you other than the cheapest usual method of delivery offered by us), immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal from this contract.
We will reimburse you using the same payment methods as you used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any fees in connection with the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement of payment until we have received the Product, or you have provided us with proof of return, depending on which event occurs first.
Please send back or hand over the Product to us immediately and in any case no later than 14 days after you have informed us of your withdrawal from this contract. The withdrawal period is met if you send back the Product before the expiry of the 14-day deadline. You will have to bear the direct costs of returning the Product.
You are only liable for any reduction in the value of the item resulting from its use other than what was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the Product.
